Haunted

A haunting, as far as this page is concerned is the persistence of a troubling ghost bothering the same person or persons permanently or over a period of time. There is nothing in science, education, in religion, or in the mainstream media that tells us what to do, or who to consult if we experience a personal haunting. For this reason there are those who spend their lives in utter misery, afraid to ask for help because they will not be believed or afraid they will be considered insane. A personal haunting is taboo outside of entertainment, a subject of conversation for a very small number of persons. Haunting is not just unpleasant, it’s a lonely place to be.
My advice to those who are experiencing such miseries is to contact a recommended psychic.
The odds dictate that just about everyone is going to see a ghost at some point in their lives. I know, I’ve seen one whilst I was at my workplace, a full body apparition of a man in a lab-coat. Ghosts really don’t care that you’re a sceptic, they will appear to you if they choose to do so.
The science of hauntings is unhelpful
Science tends to be opposed to the idea of spirits, ghosts and hauntings, there seems to be a campaign of ghost debunking at the present time. The majority of science-based websites on haunting and ghostly apparitions are by debunking sceptics. This is encouraged (enforced) by Google-ratings aiming at mainstream approved opinion that is biased against any form of paranormal activity. Wiki: Parapsychology is a field of study concerned with the investigation of paranormal and psychic phenomena which include telepathy, precognition, clairvoyance, psychokinesis, near-death experiences, reincarnation, apparitional experiences, and other paranormal claims. It is identified as pseudoscience by a majority of mainstream scientists.
Note: The word pseudo-science means anything that science does not study or anything that casts doubt on a scientific discipline. All scientists should know that it is illogical to declare that something does not exist and impossible to prove.
The following is a typical example in that it is based on the scientific credo of materialism.

What the writer is discussing here is energy – does an apparition fit into the physics energy box? It is first assumed by the Livescience writer that physics knows everything about all possible energies, which is absurd.
Again we have Sean Carroll, a cosmologist and physics professor and headlines at express.co.uk:

Abiogenesis
According to Wiki: Abiogenesis, biopoiesis, or informally the origin of life, is the natural process by which life arises from non-living matter, such as simple organic compounds. On Earth, the transition from non-living to living entities was not a single event but a gradual process of increasing complexity. Abiogenesis is studied through a combination of paleontology, chemistry, and extrapolation from the characteristics of modern organisms, and aims to determine how pre-life chemical reactions gave rise to life on Earth.
But if we take a look at abiogenesis we find that nothing is known about the origin of life itself.
Nothing is known about the transition from non-living to living entities.
It is not known if life started on Earth as the most simple cell, if life was seeded from space or if life is thanks to cosmic gardeners.
It is not known when this unexplained event occurred.
Evolution has no start point!
Abiogenesis is largely ignored and disguised by the claims of evolution:

The problem here is that if the simplest cell were is given as the origin of all life it cannot mutate or change in any way because it has only the basics for life – eating and reproduction. And so any change to its genetics would kill it. We have a life-form that cannot evolve unless it aquires genetic material from elswhere. It’s alone, the first cell!
Life before life
If then, I were to say, that life existed in the form of mind before biological life, there is no scientist on the planet who could refute my theory because there is no scientific answer, no data on the origin of life. Mind is an energy unknown to physics because physics does not have a detector. However, this energy has been detected over and over again by scientists who wanted to know what the ancients were talking about and it has been rejected by mainstream for several hundred years. This is of course, an energy that has existence and is not just “Work Done”.

But this is exactly what happens, ghost do tell mediums about their murders. Mediums tell authorities about kidnap victims and those who have disappeared. The police often use psychics in their investigations, but this is not widely publicised. The problem is that many of the authorities tend to be sceptical just like the Livescience writer and assume it to be a scam. Sceptics think there are thousands of people around the world who have nothing better to do but tell lies for no apparent reason and no possible gain to themselves. There is a serious problem with scepticism and its devotees, in that they only read books written by other sceptics. There is a whole library on the subject.
Psi Missing
All of this has a solid scientific basis in the Sheep and Goats Effect, also called Psi Missing by parapsychologists.
archived.parapsych.org says: “Psi missing is one of the most startling discoveries of modern parapsychology. At times, certain individuals persist in giving the wrong answers in psi tests. The accumulation of systematically wrong answers can be so flagrant that it suggests something quite different than a mere lack of psi abilities: it is as if people use psi to consistently avoid the target, unconsciously “sabotaging” their own results!” Read it all here
The effect suggests that the sceptics are themselves using psi but in a negative fashion for sabatage. Psi is an energy unrecognised by physics. Denial is unrecognised by all sceptics, even those who practice psychology. See Psychology in denial
Our writer at livescience.com had only to do a little research to find the answers but preferred to use debunking, sceptical-pre-conceived and therefore wrong-headed ideas.
Haunted Religion
If the producers of US and UK haunted house TV programs are to be believed, 90% of the victims of ghosts and “demons” are catholic. There is a common theme:
Having moved into the house of their dreams the victim or all of the family, experience random, unusual, frightening events. The husband usually works away for long periods and the wife is left alone in the house. Often when the wife complains to her husband she is met with disbelief. The haunting becomes so alarming or even dangerous, due to polterguist activity, that they call in a priest who often fails to exercise the spirit or it returns at a later date.
It’s not unusual for the priesthood to blame the victim.
They eventually find a friendly psychic medium who successfully completes the job. Alternately they leave the house for good and the haunting stops.
There is very little useful information online, but I found this on Yahoo Answers: Why are only Catholics (are) haunted?
Every time you hear about a haunting the first thing they do is run for the priest. How come it’s never a buddhist or a hindu etc?
The only answer that directly addressed the question: “B/c Satan only attacks believers. If he were to go after non-believers it would make them believe in evil/Satan which in return would make them believe in God. Hes already got them in his grip.”
